About us

The Wicked Wolf triathlon is organised by a few local mountain bikers who enjoy a challenge but dont take life too seriously! The event is all about raising money for Cancer Research UK, a charity close to the heart of the organisers, while having an awesome day out surrounded by stunning scenery.

We all know someone who has lost a loved one to cancer, someone who is undergoing treatment for cancer, or equally someone who has beaten cancer. If you would like to enter either in a team or as a solo in celebration or memorial of someone who has suffered from Cancer please feel free.

Find us on Facebook and keep up to date with all our latest news!

Cancer Research UK

Cancer can manifest itself in an unimaginable variety of forms, and the mammoth task involved with improving research into understanding cancer and how it spreads, improving treatment, care, and helping families come to terms with cancer requires endless fundraising, and every penny counts.

All funds raised in sponsorship by the competitors taking part in the Wicked Wolf triathlon will go directly to Cancer Research UK, and in turn go towards helping improve the chances of beating cancer, whatever form it manifests in.

"We are the world's leading charity dedicated to beating cancer. Our research has been at the heart of the progress that has seen survival rates for cancer double in the last 30 years. But too many lives are still devastated by cancer. It's vital that our work, funded entirely by the public, continues" Cancer Research UK
